Launching in the United Kingdom 5th November 2015

Say hello to LandLust! First launched in Germany 10 years ago and building a fan base of over 1 million readers, LandLust is now launching in the United Kingdom. Focusing on country life, the magazine encompasses everything from wholesome cooking and country-style decor to gardening and traditional artisan crafts. Beautifully presented with powerful photography shots and whimsical writing upon the glossy pages invokes the spirit of the countryside. Each section has a dedicated theme intertwined with classic countryside inspiration. These are: Garden, Kitchen, At Home, Country Life, Nature and Recipes giving way to allowing the reader to pick which section they desire to read first. LandLust is the kind of magazine you can ‘dip’ into as and when and take time reading and revelling in the beautiful photography that is depicted throughout. When I was first contacted by LandLust, I knew this would be something I would wholeheartedly enjoy. Having acquired a ridiculous amount of books and magazines devoted to the more ‘country’ way of living; savouring the simple pleasures in life, retracing back to our ancestral roots before the technology invasion and learning forgotten skills, I knew LandLust would offer all this and more in their magazine. I was pleasantly surprised when a parcel landed at my door containing not only the magazine but a notebook, 3 bundles of tweed wool and a tea towel (all which will come very handy!) I plan on making a chunky wool scarf for winter.

The November/December issue includes a free mini magazine enclosed with loafs and coffee cake recipes. LandLust will be available to purchase at the following places:
  • WH Smith
  • Waitrose
  • Asda
  • Sainsbury’s
  • Morrisons
  • Tesco
  • and most local independent shops.
Whether you’re in the country, town or city, I am sure you will enjoy reading this magazine as it offers something special to anyone who yearns for the country life.
I’d love to know what your thoughts are and if LandLust is the kind of magazine you’d purchase?
