In today’s post, I thought I would show you my recent purchases. Firstly, I popped into TK Maxx. It’s a store that I don’t often visit, but when I do, I find the most wonderful treasures from sweet stationery to handsome homewares. I picked up a lovely book titled The Art of Stripes by Libby Vanderploeg. The beautifully illustrated book details ways to wear stripes from autumnal coverups to sensational summer dresses and draws upon fashion icons for inspiration including, Coco Chanel.

The collection consists of Fix and Go 2 in 1 primer and setting spray, Conceal and Correct palette, Fix and Matte translucent powder, Conceal and Contour palette and a Duo Contour stick. The collection is presented in a light nude / peach coloured packaging with foiled fuchsia lettering which is rather pleasing to the eye. The collection is purse-friendly with prices starting from £4.99 and is available in most beauty stores, supermarkets and online.

The patented shaker system means that it refreshes the volumising formula whenever it is needed. Gone are the days where half-used or dried up mascaras are thrown away!
The iconic high fashion brand Juicy Couture debuts a sparkly new fragrance dubbed “I Love Juicy” to their extensive line of bewitchingly attractive fragrances. Encompassed within a stylish sugar pink leopard print glass bottle topped with a golden stopper and decorated with sparkling diamonds is reminiscent of the I Am Juicy Couture fragrance and oozes every ounce of confidence. The striking bottle sits on my shelf standing out among my other perfumes. There is something quite pretty about displaying your favourite perfumes.
