Sometimes we can forget the little things in life are what matter the most and this 30 day gratitude challenge will help bring your focus back to exactly that. Oxford Dictionaries define the term “gratitude” as ‘the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation and return kindness.’
I have made this little chart to help so why jot down three things each day you are grateful for? Don’t worry if you don’t stick to it each day, just try your best even if you scribble down a few words. It can be something big or small or as simple as pretty flowers. The important thing here is that you feel genuine gratitude. You can print out your 30 days gratitude challenge and stick on your wall, pin onto your pin board or keep it in your diary. However you choose to keep your chart, let’s try to mark each day with something you are grateful for and see how you feel at the end of the month. You can print your free chart by clicking the download link below.
